The water-front restaurant on the ground floor offers a beautiful view of the bustling seafaring traffic ferrying passengers and supplies between Isla Colon and the nearby islands. A breakfast buffet is served from 7:00am until 10:30am and a complete menu of delicious options are available for lunch until the kitchen closes at 3:00pm. Tapas are also offered including a unique variety of Poutine plates and the bar occasionally stays open later.
