Las Anclas Restaurant is the Perfect Stop on your Caribbean Road Trip

If you are looking for things to do on the Caribbean coast of Panama, Las Anclas offers a delicious destination to stop for lunch. This road-side restaurant is part of Coco Plum Eco-Lodge, a boutique hotel that extends out to the waterfront. Meals can be enjoyed in the primary dining area next to the road, or for a small service charge diners can be served on the dock extending out over the water.
